RF SD – White Rock Custom Duplex Framing

RF SD White Rock is a modern custom duplex project completed by Sangha Framing Limited in collaboration with Royal Touch Homes, located in White Rock, British Columbia.

Sangha Framing was responsible for the complete structural wood framing, including foundation framing, exterior and interior walls, floor systems, and roof framing. The project showcases precise craftsmanship, clean structural lines, and strong load-bearing performance, supporting the contemporary architectural design and ensuring long-term durability.

Built to BC Building Code standards, this duplex reflects Sangha Framing’s commitment to quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery for residential developments across the Lower Mainland.
